Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.  If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
